Side Pains - mostly due to QL muscle Cat - Cow stretch 10 - 15   times Morning after waking Why it helps Loosens stiff spinal joints Reduces morning stiffness Side Stretch 20 – 30   seconds 5 times each side This directly addresses the “jammed” feeling above hip bones. Knee to Chest stretch      hold 20 seconds 5 times each side Relieves lower back tension.
